Shipping FAQs

  • Items will only be despatched once payment has been received and cleared.
  • Delivery is available to all addresses within the United Kingdom and those countries listed ONLY.
  • Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries will be made direct to the card holders address, via Royal Mail.
  • Prices shown do not include the price of postage and packaging, which is dependant on weight and delivery address. This P&P charge can be viewed from the shopping cart and checkout pages.
  • Delivery times quoted are approximate, and refer to working days (Monday to Friday and excluding bank holidays).
  • If your delivery address is outside the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. You understand that any and all charges of this nature will be borne by you.
  • CukSigns may attach a Customs Label containing a brief descrption, and a valuation of the parcel's contents.
  • Orders not received within 10 working days of quoted delivery time must be reported to CukSigns by e-mail, using the details on our contact page of the website. Failure to notify us within this period will result in CukSigns accepting no responsibility for items depatached but not received.
  • Please ensure that you always quote your order reference number in any correspondence.

Cancellation & Returns

  • Please note that ALL of our Signs, Stickers, Markers etc.,that are offered for sale in our online store, are Made to Order to the customers specifications, according to the various options available. None of these products are held as stock items. As such, these types of items are not returnable, unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

  • With the exception of personalized/custom made goods, under the new Consumer Contracts Regulations, as of 13 June 2014, you have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen days of receipt of the goods.

    Personalized/custom made goods fall outside the scope of consumer rights under the new Consumer Contracts Regulations, stated as follows: Certain contracts are excluded from the right to cancel unless the parties agree otherwise, such as a contract for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications (regulation 13).

    Please take great care when transcribing your requirements. Spelling mistakes, punctuation errors, misuse of capital letters etc. will all be processed exactly as ordered.

  • All orders must be inspected at the time of delivery and any damage or dissatisfaction with the product notified to us within seven days.

  • If the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.

  • If you intend to return any item please contact us as soon as possible after receipt, stating why you wish to return the goods e.g. faulty, damaged, unsuitable etc.

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any goods, unless the items are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

  • Please ensure that you always quote your order reference number in any correspondence.

  • Goods must be returned to us for inspection. In the event that they are agreed to be sub-standard a full refund will be made.

  • All refunds are to be made to the original payment card or by cheque or through the payment processor.

  • All returned goods must have the original receipt enclosed. We reserve the right to reject the return of any item.

    We have made every effort to display all our products as accurately as possible. However as colours and images vary depending on your own monitor and browser we cannot guarantee that products will be exactly as seen on your monitor. Most products have been described with sizes/lengths given as accurately as possible.
